Spa Etiquette
Please leave all valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
In order to maintain the comfort and relaxation of all of our spa guests we ask you to refrain from talking on cell phones while visiting the spa.
Spa services may be enjoyed for anyone over the age of 12.
Children under 12 are not permitted in our treatment rooms.
The relaxation room is available for those ages 18 and over.
Please note all conversations can be overheard by other spa guests so we ask you to use discretion in topic of conversation and tone of voice.
Appointments
Spa services must be held with a credit card or gift certificate. Cancellations within 24 hours of service will be subject to full payment.
Running Late
If you are running late we will do our best to accommodate your full service, however, we will end your service at the scheduled time and the full treatment price will be charged.
